I know like every game is a power fantasy but there's a certain type of game that's a movement power fantasy, where you start off as a Guy and then end up being able to go anywhere you can see at speed. Paradise Killer is an incredible game with an incredible version of this, at first you can jump and then you get a double jump and it's like "the world has opened up to me!!!!!".... and then you get a triple jump and a dash and you feel like the demigod they keep saying you are.

A short hike is this too, love a game that actually lets you fly by the time you finish.
